Jazz Fest nuts

These guys were wandering through the crowd (pre torrent) hawking their peanuts, and I loved their shirts. I asked one of them what it meant- a hurricane surrounded by peanuts.
“It means we’re in New Orleans,” he said flatly. Uh….right.
