Pratchett does not deal well with frustration…

He really wants those little balls OUT of the rattle but can’t manage to break it open.

For those of you who aren’t crazy parrot people, I’ll mention that the fluffing up at the end is something birds do when they’re aggrevated.

  I’m pretty sure that, if only he could say “Bonjour!” with the proper accent in French, these balls would be happy to come out of the toy and let him play with them… Please, tell him that…

  I know! We keep trying, but he’s not picking it up, I can’t imagine why, dammit. I’ve started doing a little “bonjour!” singsong, so we’ll see if that helps:)
