Poor Kassie is terrified of the cats; she seems not to understand their relative sizes. What she understands all too well is their claws, which, particularly in our less stable cats, tend to come out randomly.

Best to keep your head down, don’t make eye contact, and hope they go away. Lishe looks like she belongs on a Halloween decoration, but really it’s just that she’s always, ALWAYS yammering, yowling and generally carrying on like a fishmonger’s wife.
